Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the textile and garment industry? We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a unique opportunity to take a pivotal role in driving our market presence and managing high-value relationships within the garment accessories sector.
Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, leading strategic initiatives to expand our footprint in the Textile Industry. You will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of products, including Garment Accessories, Packaging Materials, and Printing solutions such as Hangtags, Buttons, and Heat Transfer Films.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-achieving sales team to exceed Key Account Sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments in Cairo and beyond.
Manage the full sales lifecycle for complex products, including Heat Transfer Film and specialized Printing solutions.
Foster long-term relationships with major industry players and key stakeholders.
Oversee Operations and Management tasks to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Job Requirements
Qualifications：
5-9 years of proven experience in sales management, specifically within the Textile Industry or Garment Accessories sector.
Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Sales and managing large-scale business relationships.
Deep technical knowledge of Packaging Materials, Printing, Hangtags, Buttons, and Heat Transfer Film.
Strong Team Leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales professionals.
Exceptional Negotiation and Strategic Planning abilities to close high-value deals.
Proficiency in Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Experienced career level with the ability to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt on a full-time basis.
