Job Description
As our business is growing, we are looking for Recruiters with experience in Customer service to join our team.
- Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
- Draft and publish job postings
- Posting job applications on social media and job sites
- Generate pipelines of qualified candidates for all open position
- Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
- Interviewing qualified candidates, giving relevant feedback, and participating in the whole recruiting process
Job Requirements
- Experience in Hiring Customer Service is a Must
- Excellent English - both written and spoken
- Experience using ATS software
- University Degree in HR or another relevant specialty
- Resilient and able to handle the dynamic and ever-changing business environment
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
- High EQ – you will be the first contact for potential candidates
- Good time management skills
