Job Description
- Establish profit targets and action plans
- Make periodic result reviews and demand forecasts
- Establish collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments
- Make and maintain a good and safe work environment
- Plan parts manpower needs.
- Arrange the team time shifts and employees rotations between branches.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of department employees.
- Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.
- Establish and implement activities to increase fulfilment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.
- Authorize and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the company
- Manage department expenditures
- Other duties as assigned by his manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5 years’ experience in the same position is a must.
