Job Description
- Supervise and lead the quality control team across batching plants and project sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Verify that all concrete mixes comply with customer requirements, standards, and technical specifications.
- Conduct and oversee testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) and concrete (fresh and hardened).
- Monitor batching operations to ensure correct mix proportions and consistency.
- Maintain and calibrate testing and batching equipment.
- Analyze test results and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and statistical data.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and technical departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,Science,Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–9 years in Quality Control within the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, or EN standards for concrete materials and testing.
- Proficiency in mix design, materials testing, and quality documentation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiar with modern batching systems and laboratory management.
