Job Description
- Develop business growth strategies and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain comprehensive market knowledge to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients, establish rapport, and schedule meetings.
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide management with regular progress reports and feedback.
- Build partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the company's network.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Design Build / Fit-Out Companies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of industry connections.
- Proven track record of securing new business.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly presentable, motivated, and able to think outside the box.
