Job Description
We are looking for call center heroes, with no experience needed and with a very good (B2) level of English who will be working at one of the biggest telecommunication company in the middle east.
Their main role will be to handle retention and delayed payment cases for existing costumers of the company, and offering new products / packages for them.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Very good / Excellent English level (B1 - B2 Level)
- Very good communication skills

- Call center background is a plus
- Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM
- 5 working days and 2 days off including 1 fixed day off (Friday)
- Working location : Maadi technology park
