-Ensure the current updated version of SOPs, process flow, work instruction, testing formats, quality control formats and reports are used in all sections.

-Conduct daily/ weekly internal audits (process audit & product safety audit) to ensure control processes are being followed, identify any non-conformities and required corrective action plans.

-Make quality reports on weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis to review the quality performance results against the targets.

-Implement annual Evaluation and training plans to the quality team and assure appropriate training is delivered as required. (Quality approaches, color blind test, Mansell test, etc.,,,,)

-Maintain product safety system, metal parts control, metal detection, and mold prevention procedure

-Follow up internal and external calibration plan for heat transfer machines, measure tapes, balances,,,etc. 

-Follow up claimed material handling process on daily basis for all sections.

-Ensure follow up handling of non-conforming material/ product in all sections.
