Job Description
- Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on the ERP system.
- Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained in the system.
- Assist in the closing of accounts during month-end at the company and divisional level within stipulated timelines.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation.
- Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.
- Loan interest recording and tracking, following up the loan value and make sure the recording matches the bank reconciliation monthly
- Letter of credit recording and follow up regularly
- Letter of grantee recording and follow up regularly
- Make cash flow weekly, updated daily and reported
- Managing cash flow in and out to maintain positive flow of cash and maintaining cash needs for operations
- Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and - - Preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Monitor suppliers account details for terms of payment, credit terms and other irregularities
- Enter all Service Provider invoices into the System after checking with company logistic records of each transaction and after receiving approved purchase orders.
- Report any Documentation issues reported by Logistic / Freight Forwarders to the Vendors for timely solution.
- Develop and maintain reports and files on the Accounts Payable processing.
- Review Import documents and ensure docs are approved and sent to the banks on time.
- Assist with month-end closing
Job Requirements
- Experience Range: 4 to 7
- Age 27: 35
- Have experience with Electronic invoice.
- Advanced knowledge “Excel – English”
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Prefer Import Background
- Have Experience on ERP system is Must
- Cairo resident only
