Job Role
Responsible for executing daily online warehouse activities, including preparing orders, loading shipments, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records in line with company procedures and FIFO principles.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Receive daily work orders from the Assistant Warehouse Manager – Online Services.
- Prepare online orders and Aramex shipments before vehicle arrival.
- Load orders onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and obtaining driver signatures on delivery bills.
- Receive incoming goods into the online warehouse and ensure storage according to FIFO principles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or delays to the Deputy Warehouse Manager promptly.
Job Requirements
Required Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation.
- Good physical stamina for handling goods and loading/unloading activities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of FIFO and warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
- Basic Arabic literacy; English is an advantage.
