Job Description
- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities through targeted outreach, partnerships, and lead generation campaigns to achieve quarterly revenue goals.
- Acquire and onboard new clients specifically for the company’s call center, and digital marketing services, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders by providing tailored solutions and consistent follow-ups to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and untapped market segments for potential expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business pitches customized to client objectives and industry requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, including sales metrics, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking gatherings to strengthen professional relationships and attract new clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and project execution for all new clients.
- Collect client feedback and market insights to continuously refine business development processes and identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new industries, services, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis.
