Job Description
- Implement new services, develop new products to fulfill business needs, increase customer loyalty, and generate revenues and other business KPIs
- Design the properly segmented value proposition, pricing, offers, and animation activities to maximize digital channels penetration for customers using diverse CBM activities
- Define an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of the assigned digital channels through new products, services & technology
- Execute day-to-day operations related to the assigned digital channels, including the system sustainability, channel performance & channel quality
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the campaigns related to the assigned digital channels
- Manage the overall delivery of the assigned digital channel portfolio, as defined by the digital roadmap within the required standards
- Ensure the alignment & synergy between the delivery planning of CRs/Projects & the achievement of the defined KPIs
- Work closely with the scrum master and Agile teams, and to follow the Agile standards & methodology as directed
- Manage the work & the alignment with stakeholders to obtain the required approvals
- Achieve the determined target of digital channels, and explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Deliver/manage innovative ideas and value-added services on the assigned digital channels
- Ensure the alignment between the business requirements and the customer journey with any change
- Monitor the revenue generated by the digital channels
- Ensure the achievement of defined KPIs, including the financial targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / Business
- 4-6 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with market survey process and evaluating market trends
- Project management skills

- Experience in conducting and comprehending pricing models and business case
