Job Description
Basic Responsibilities:
Support functional departments in the selection, configurations, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules across the company.
Main Tasks:
- Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance TAI business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of internal customer
- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: MM, LE, SD, QM
- Interfaces with functional unit process owners and users to identify, define, and document operational needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the company and recommend/develop solutions to meet the company
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to TAI and business
- Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best
- Acts as liaison with suppliers for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map TAI business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in in the functional configuration, modification, or maintenance of SAP
Licensing/certification:(module dependent)
- SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales & Distribution
- SAP Certified Application Associate – Material Management
- SAP Certified Application Associate – Quality Management
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- SAP configuration experience
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
- Business knowledge and process design skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to collaborate with others, and have a strong desire to
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
