Job Description
- Stick with the company plan related to Sales Department, and make a monthly report with planned/actual along with analyzing" deviation, reasons, and how to fix it.
- Providing line Manager with the Weekly/ Monthly sales reports as agreed upon.
- Setting the collection plans, policies, and make the follow-up weekly report.
- A weekly and a monthly collection report with the financial department.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary on a weekly basis.
- Send sales yearly budget to the related departments before the due date and stick with it during the year.
- Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that cover and meet planned sales goals.
- Assist the Development Manager in all assigned sales tasks.
- Setting and developing future company sales plans to keep up with the changes of the future market in cooperation with the Marketing department.
- Participating with the marketing department in determining prices and discount rates then determining profitability.
- Participating with the marketing department in identifying available opportunities in the market for current or new areas or sites, taking into consideration costs and making the necessary statistics.
- Representing the company in front of clients, conferences, or any other sources in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Overseeing the sales team in the necessity of recording all commands or data about clients visited or called during the day and gathering the required information for sales or marketing departments and send them to CEO on a weekly basis.
- In addition to setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Review the daily operational records.
Job Requirements
- Veterinarian or medical background is a MUST.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Excellent English.
- Outstanding Communication Skills.
- Flexible and Adaptable.
