Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring manager to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates
- Plan interview including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast hiring needs by department
- Send offers for approval and follow up with accepted candidates
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 year proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Human Resources certificate is a must
- F&B industry experience is prefered
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods and Mass hiring.
- Excellent understanding of the full cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent command of English.
