Job Description

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Performing up-selling, cross-selling, proposing options to meet customers' demands.
  • Follow up with the clients to ensure their satisfaction level in terms of delivery, quality and communications.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating proposals & quotations, for Clients.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Follow up with potential leads through social media and different channels.
  • Suggesting new techniques to acquiring new customers.
  • Targeting leads through outbound channels.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
