Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation of general accounts entries and record them on the computer system. (Excel program)
- Make Cash positions daily.
- Responsible for revision payment orders.
- Perform check payments according to payment orders.
- Perform accounting direction.
- Process all supplier invoices for the company purchases and credit notes for refunds.
- Follow up on the AP and Treasury accountants' duties day to day.
- Follow up on the cash in, cash out, and bank transactions.
- Responsible for the fixed assets register.
- Responsible for the bank’s reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 3 : 5 years’ work experience in accounting.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Hands-on experience working with warehouse inventory works.
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Age Maximum 27 Y .
