- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and motivate them.
- Supervise and assist sales team leaders to meet and exceed goals.
- Attend frequent sales team leaders meetings, follow up, to monitor their team performance.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Collects consistent feedback from sales team leaders about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations and developers.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Monitor all sales leads and their status.
- Meets clients and solves their issues with the team leaders if needed.
- Follow up quarterly evaluations (KPIs) and reports of sales teams.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales teams.
- May attend property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, orientations ... etc.)
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
