Job Description
- Oversees and implements compensations and benefits function, ensuring that payment is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Participates in evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Review and audit all compensations and benefits calculations.
- Plans and coordinates compensation plans and benefit packages that attract and retain talent.
- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments and competitiveness.
- Participates in preparing job evaluation and salary scale.
- Responding to employees’ inquiries and requests and handling all complaints.
- Facilitates financial auditing by providing records and documentation to the financial department.
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Preparing periodic compensations and benefits reports as requested.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensations and benefits function.
- An HR Certificate or Diploma is a must.
- V. Good command of English.
- Excellent Level with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Strong knowledge of the wages tax law, tax settlement, and social and medical insurance law.
- Full knowledge of salary structure design and different methods of job evaluation.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Strong analytical and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective planning and organizing skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
- Reliable with adherence to confidentiality.
