Job Type : Full-time, on-site only

Working time :

Sunday – Thursday： 12:00pm – 9:00pm

Saturday：12:00pm – 4:00pm

Coffee Time, every day： 2:45pm - 3:00pm

Break Time, everyday： 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Friday： Off-day

Responsibilities 

1. Provide satisfactory services to students according to their personalized needs, and continuously improve the Customer Satisfaction Score.
2. Ensure learning effectiveness: guide learning methods, plan learning paths, optimize learning plans, and track and feedback students' learning effectiveness in a timely manner.
3. Develop study habits: Communicate students' learning situation by phone, ensure that they preview before class, arrive at class on time, and practice after class to develop good study habits.
4. Solve learning problems: By completing pre-class preview, after-class tutoring and answering questions, homework correction, exercise explanation, class group maintenance and answering questions, psychological counseling, etc., solve various learning-related problems for students and parents.
5. Mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning: Mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, increase interaction between students and parents, ensure that students attend classes on time, and improve students' completion rate; promote students' renewal and long-term continuous learning.
