HR functions: Recruiting and selection – Personnel and payroll- Performance management – OD – T&D 

Duties and Responsibilities: -

The chosen s/he will be responsible for:

1. Planning and processing the recruitment and selection activities to fulfill the company’s needs.
2. Running necessary operations and activities for more compliance with Egyptian labor laws, company personnel, and HR policies and procedures.
3. Managing the company’s compensations and benefits activities, and providing reports and analytics about it.
4. Updating the monthly staff performance appraisals, conducting performance review meetings with staff, and recommending needed action to improve their performance.
5. Reviewing, drafting, and updating the company’s, procedures and SOPs.
6. Encouraging a positive learning atmosphere in the company, providing training and development opportunities for staff as needed.
7. Ensuring well-being, diversity, and employee engagement in the company.
8. Providing the needed consultations and coaching for managers and staff as needed to improve their performance, and enhance results.
9. Supervising Administrative support activities by admin partners and facilities management.

Working Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm (Friday & Saturday Off)
