Job Description

  • Ensure deployment quality objectives and plans are established in line with the activation objectives.
  • Monitor the Key performance indicators for the agents and operations supervisors, including analyzing data, setting corrective actions, and following up,  to ensure the deployment achieves the set targets for the Key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with the concerned teams on redesigning and enhancing processes to improve the quality level.
  • Direct the planning, implementation and reporting of the quality internal auditing process, while ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions procedure  which is based on thorough root cause analysis, to promote continual quality improvement.
  • Hold the management review meetings with our supervisors, making sure meetings are regularly held addressing all the issues with effective actions implementation,  to help the operations team leaders review their overall performance on regular basis.
  • Promote a quality and customer care culture by conducting quality awareness sessions to deployment staff,  communicating effectively to all parties and working on the different initiatives to boost the deployment quality and enhance communication between the sales owner and the agent.
  •  Handle complaints through root cause analysis, corrective action and final closure, to prevent the reoccurrence of the problem.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science 
  • 3-4 years in software/digital Quality Assurance;
  • Effectiveness and creativity in approaching and solving technical problems;
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects;
  • Basic understanding of the use and maintenance for Microsoft applications (such as MS Excel, Outlook, and/or MS Access);
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to work independently;
  • Attention to detail, flexibility and an awareness of production and quality control problems;
  • Attributable experience in process improvement endeavors – Expertise in Requirements development and management process;
  • Passion for digital and technology;
  • Experience testing responsive websites, ecommerce solutions, mobile applications, and custom software;
  • Experience working in a team setting;
