Job Description
Vacancy require supervising more than one store Cairo , Giza & other governorates.
- Manage & supervise different stores to maintain brand image
- manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- analyze sales figures
- provide training and development to all staff
- ensure standards for quality of customer service are met as per the brand guidelines
- respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Suggest special promotions & supervise organizing display.
- maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer and monitoring what competitors are doing.
- Any other related tasked assigned by top management.
