The Dark Store Manager Assistant provides crucial support to the Fulfillment Point Manager in overseeing and coordinating operations within a fulfillment center or warehouse. This role plays a significant part in ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and team coordination. The Fulfillment Point Manager Assistant should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
