Job Description

  • First-line support for users.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems,and tablet devices.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and patient.
  • Installingand configuring computerhardware, software, systems,networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company(this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Escalate issues to his direct supervisor for support.

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for (3) years
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Excellent IT Troubleshooting skills.
  • A technical, logical thought process and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English
