Job Description
- Full responsibility for managing all aspects of the outsource security company and housekeeping team.
- Responsible for the Security Plan, Assignment Procedures and SOP.
- Manage and directs all sub-contractors nominated to provide Security Services.
- Inspect buildings and facilities on a regular basis to address minor as well as major security and cleaning issues and to ensure appropriate action.
- Forecast the resource requirements to ensure adequate operation and control of security and housekeeping management processes.
- Ensure adherence to Preventive security and housekeeping schedules.
- Prepare security and facilities cleaning annual budget.
- Decisions on managing & modifying the process.
- Risk Assessments.
