• Supporting and assisting contractingteam inall aspectof dayto dayfrom thecontracting aspect up to the online system
• Conduct monitoringand ensurethe contractsare properlyand accuratelyby thecontracting loading team
• Ensure that all promotions,offer, and availability calendars areproperly and accurately uploaded bythe contracting loading team
• assisting new employees forcontracting aspect and online system
• Resolving discrepanciesby usingstandard procedures or returning incompletedocuments to the Hotels for resolution
• Making regularfollow up to obtain furtherinformation for incomplete contract
• Responding to the emails,phone enquiriesand requirementsof thehotels
• Conduct rate comparison toensure that we have thebest rateoffered in the market
Job Requirements
• Excellent communicationskills: verbal and written
• Excellent in problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
• Knowledgeable with hotels andother hospitalityindustries details
• Expertise in countries andcities information
• Excellent computerskills (MS Office in particular)
• Proactive and positive attitude
At least 4years’ experience in wholesale contractingand dataencoding in the system
