Job Description
Data entry roles:-
- Arrange, Prepare and revise the company data sources to insure they are completed.
- Input company data, save it hard and soft copy and insure it is completed.
- Revise entry process to insure there are no mistakes in data.
- Prepare and save full back up regularly.
- Provide efficient ways to get data easily.
- use an internal software to input alphabetic or numeric data into the company’s system
- Revise, compare, verify data and modify it if necessary.
- Prepare any report related to job
Administration roles:-
- Responsible for drivers’ drug test
- Prepare and write drivers’ work orders.
- Follow up receiving the drivers’ uniform
- Welcome new drivers and arrange them for the interview.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in Transportation field will be high advantage.
- Excellent user of MS office especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good of English.
