We are recruiting for our client construction company :

Position : Senior Fit-out engineer

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.

-Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.

-Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work

-Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.

-Responsible for site daily operations.

-Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

-Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project

-Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).

-Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings Job Requirements

Work location : Site based according to the project

Day off : Friday

Working hours : 8

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture

- Experience from 6-10 years as Fit-our architecture engineer in Residential and commercial experience background

• Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP

• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.

• Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects.
