Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and review various kinds of (bilingual) contracts.
- Preparing and reviewing all legal documents.
- Providing legal advice on all corporate-related matters.
- Internal investigations and other employee-related matters.
- Follow up with external Law Firms.
- Draft and review General Assembly meetings, follow up on all administrative corporate work.
- Follow with on the Junior team members.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, very well organized

- Ability to work with different colleagues (different backgrounds, ethical & educational levels)
