Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to manage one of our clients business
, build strong relationships with current and new customers and close sales deals.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers,
from first contact until you close the deal.
You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from
marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You must be an excellent communicator
and have superior people skills. You also must be comfortable presenting products or
services remotely, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the
company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Job Requirements
- Achieve annual sales quotas by closing sales of products and services, signing
sponsorship deals, or representing FORSAMEA with business partners. - Contact potential or existing customers (through cold calls and emails) to inform
them about a product or service using scripts. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information and update customer
information in the database - Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and
specifications. - Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more
personalized solutions. - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and stay up-to-date with
new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. - Report on sales activity, and work in progress, and updated market feedback periodically
to management.
