Job Description
- Collect reagent orders from VIP customers by phone or visits if needed.
- Prepare and monitor VIP orders requests on ERP system, and report the short items.
- Review the VIP customer Orders and delivery notes and invoicing process.
- Follow up VIP customer complaints and handle objections.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors’ degree of pharmacy / sciences or any medical faculty.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Prefer if the applicant worked in medical Devices field before as customer care / customer service agent.
- Excellent active listening skills
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Excellent in MS Office skills.
- Very Good User in CRM & ERP System.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and handling VIP accounts.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- High communication skills
