Job Description
- Responsible on conducting sales visits and sales calls as instructed by own direct supervisor in order to achieve the sales target.
- Builds relationships with Retail customers in a way to become a trusted advisor by providing complete solutions based on a clear understanding of the customer’s business.
- Responsible for achieving and tracking the volume targets for key items as per the annual objectives and KPIs.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
- Monitoring competitors move as well as major trends and shifts in consumer and customer behavior and reporting accordingly potential findings to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure collection based on credit limit and credit days for distributors, customers and key customers as per Sales Policy in-alignment with Sales Manager and as per market dynamics, sales targets, and sales & collection report.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments focus.
- Develop concepts and identify new development opportunities
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of Sales experience handling accounts with at least 5 years specific to Retail (F&B (Modern Trade)) is a must.
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Very Good English Language.
- Very Good Microsoft Office.
