Job Description
- Participate in setting the recruitment plan for the year.
- Review job requisitions received from departments.
- Create job advertisements in the different recruitment channels.
- Filter potential candidates’ resumes, select the suitable ones, and Contact suitable candidates to schedule interviews with them.
- Run interviews with different types (Phone, CBI, situational) to manage and assess the candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pool.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field / Preferable: Business Administration
- HR Diploma /certificate will be a plus
- 2: 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Experience in Commercial/ FMCG/ Recruitment agency.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- New Cairo residents are preferred
