Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for potential collectors and list potential partners.
  • Conduct field research on potential new partners.
  • Set, prepare, and execute collectors' acquisition plans in the targeted areas.
  • Formulate offers and handle negotiations with collectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to get acquainted with the market dynamics/changes, maintain relationships with potential and existing collectors, identify market gaps and new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to spend more than 95% of his time in the market.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS applications.
