Manage day-to-day tasks for the technical writing team.
Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and UI/UX copy.
Maintain responsibility for the delivery of work products.
Oversee the implementation of standardized processes and deliverables.
Establish and monitor schedules. Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.
Identify, analyze, and track risks, communicating statuses, and escalating concerns when needed.

Experienced in managing client requirements and small teams.
Experience with documentation methodologies.
Ability to summarize technical information using graphical and textual tools.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office, HTML, and photo-editing tools.
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills.
Demonstrates strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
