To support National Sales Companies (NSC) with the achievement of Sales and Market objectives within their specific GCC/MED market(s) volume and new car profit within close management of car flow and VME. To carry full responsibility for territory sales. Align with counterparts in Fleet, Used, product marketing and coms to drive and achieve set business KPI’s. Area Manager is a primary link in between Nissan & NSC. This role requires having strong relationship building capability at NSC management level.
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Responsible for Sales Performance, Volume, Market Share, Orders, Revenue, Profit. Optimize market performance by Model Mix, Segment Share, Grade Mix, Channel Mix. Continuous market data monitoring. Area Manager should be able to take immediate action on market trends and competitor/customer behavior. Continuous assessment of competitiveness of Nissan Products in the market in terms of price and specifications. Close coordination on findings with the product teams. Organize & conduct periodic business performance review with NSC. Monthly/ Bi-Monthly. Monthly Planning meeting(MPM) includes management level involvement both at NSC & NMEF. This role requires regular market travel. Ensure the NSCs are implementing adequate Marketing & Tactical plans in cooperation with the Marketing team. Agree campaign roll out plan & launch schedule with NSC. Responsible for carflow management. Monitor stock & order pipeline with NSC. Adhere to Nissan stock level guidelines. Regular carflow review is a must. Monitor & analyze showroom level activity continuously. This includes showroom traffic, Lead capture, CRM & Digital lead follow-up & analysis, Salesman performance, Model performance, Test Drives. Showroom Performance & transaction prices. Initiate & Deploy sales incentive programs. Support strategies to ensure the proper utilization of monetary support given to NSC’s in order to achieve sales objectives and forecasts.
Strict implementation of Nissan policies & guidelines. Follow guidelines on RRP, VRA, EDOA, MOU & VME payout.
