Job Description
- Performed Administration and Deployment of UCM, Voice Gateways/Routers/Switches.
- Manage, troubleshoot, perform maintenance activities and provide Level 1 support for CUCM or Avaya UC systems.
- Oversee the access points, IP telephony, PBX and other hardware set-ups.
- Responding to UCM & CC monitoring alerts to identify and take appropriate action to avoid service impact.
- Understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP.
- Responsible for all IT Datacenter equipment Hardware including UCM, CC, Voice Gateway, Call recorder, Servers, SAN Storages.
- Responsible for the stability and reliability of the entire data center room in HQ.
- Responsible for call record Backup and Restore and ensuring all data are backed up according to Backup Policy.
- Support IT network infrastructure in HQ and remote sites.
- Coordinate with IT teams for any new System implementation or upgrade.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, and policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain good technical documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor procedures for all voice network tasks.
- Implement security improvements by assessing current situation and evaluating trends.
- Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
- Identify technologies to improve security, scalability, and reliability of the overall secured IT environment.
Job Requirements
- Education: Computer Science, information systems, Engineering
- Experience : 2to 5 Years.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- Minimum of +2 years supporting enterprise voice/Server/Network infrastructure systems.
- Unified Communication design and implementation experience including the following: CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Voice Gateways/Routers/Switches.
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QOS.
- Understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP.
- Experience with medium to large enterprise organizations with multiple remote locations.
- Experience working with Windows Server Ver. (2012/2016/2019), SQL Server (2014/2016).
- Strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement clear goals, systems, procedures.
- Network course such as Cisco CCNA (Data & Voice) and MCSE (Microsoft server).
