Job Description:
- Preparing IQC basic documents (work instructions, BOM and CTQs) for inspectors.
- Ensuring that the departmental objectives are reviewed along with Quality Head and targets are achieved.
- Ensuring process is running as per pre-defined Quality Standards.
- Providing training to employees regarding 5S & 3R, ESD.
- Checking products with BOM & verification for ECN implementation as requested by R&D.
- Ensuring implementation of corrective/preventive actions against internal/external nonconformities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electronics or Electrical engineering.
- 0-2 years experience (Incoming Quality Control is preferred)
- Good knowledge of SMT component/feeder loading verification, Reflow profile & solder paste printer program verification.
- Very good English skills spoken and written.
- Very good in computer skills and software usage.
- Good analysis and reporting skills.
- Continuous learning and development interest.
