Job Description
- Contacts suppliers and gathers quotations
- Coordinates w/ the Procurement Planning Engineer to follow up the delivery dates and PO deadlines
- Follows up w/ the Procurement Coordinator to create the per-project suppliers’ comparison sheet
- Prepares the Requests for Quotation for every project (to be sent to suppliers)
- Reviews the potential prices w/ the original database
- Makes sure all suppliers are updated in the Suppliers Database
- Follows up the logistics of payment and delivery to site
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
- 2 – 3 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good Command of English language skills.
- Great negotiations skill
- Organization and time management
- Great Spoken and written English and Arabic
- Good understanding of the material
- Maximum age 27
