Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to each social channel, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and foster authentic engagement.
  • Support crisis management and reputation monitoring by proactively addressing negative feedback or emerging issues.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns to achieve broader business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
