Job Description

- We’re looking for a passionate Senior Organization Development Specialist to drive performance, foster engagement, and build a sustainable, high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement organizational development programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Build and sustain a healthy organizational culture and effective communication framework.
- Enhance the organization’s performance management system to drive accountability and results.
- Develop strategic plans, best practices, and performance initiatives to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct performance gap analyses and identify training and development needs.
- Support and monitor performance management procedures, including quarterly and annual reviews.
- Design and deliver leadership and employee development programs that support organizational growth
- Evaluate current business processes, recommend improvements, and develop change management programs to implement new initiatives.
- Assist in developing and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
- Support talent management, including succession planning, competency development, and career progression frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to align people capabilities with current and future organizational needs.
- Stay updated on the latest organizational development trends and apply innovative approaches to foster continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Organization Development or related HR functions (experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- HR Diploma or OD Certificate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, job evaluation, and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- A proactive learner with a growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
