Job Description

  • We’re looking for a passionate Senior Organization Development Specialist to drive performance, foster engagement, and build a sustainable, high-performing organization.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational development programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  •  Build and sustain a healthy organizational culture and effective communication framework.
  •  Enhance the organization’s performance management system to drive accountability and results.
  •  Develop strategic plans, best practices, and performance initiatives to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  •  Conduct performance gap analyses and identify training and development needs.
  •  Support and monitor performance management procedures, including quarterly and annual reviews.
  •  Design and deliver leadership and employee development programs that support organizational growth
  •  Evaluate current business processes, recommend improvements, and develop change management programs to implement new initiatives.
  •  Assist in developing and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR policies and procedures.
  •  Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
  •  Support talent management, including succession planning, competency development, and career progression frameworks.
  •  Partner with business leaders to align people capabilities with current and future organizational needs.
  •  Stay updated on the latest organizational development trends and apply innovative approaches to foster continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Organization Development or related HR functions (experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • HR Diploma or OD Certificate is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, job evaluation, and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive learner with a growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
