Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters,
packages etc.) - Monitor inventory office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Responsible for creating company database
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide general administrative support to managers and executives
- Assume receptionist duties
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure as required
- Follow up maintenance contracts with different vendors
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong English verbally and written is a required, plus/ or, strong command of English language;
- Up to 5 years of hands on administrative support experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
