Job Description

  • Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Stay updated on current market conditions, competitor activities, and new property developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
