Job Description
- Handle procurement of electrical materials and systems for projects.
- Review technical specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate material selection.
- Prepare RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with technical office, site teams, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved vendors.
- Monitor material delivery, invoices, and supplier performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10+ years of experience in procurement within MEP / construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials and suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of BOQs, contracts, and technical-commercial coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
