Job Description
- Responsible for receiving and releasing goods to and from warehouse.
- Accomplishes distribution and organization of products in warehouse and performing quality and quantity inspections on the incoming and outgoing items.
- Supervise the team and assign each tasks to the team members
- Maintains safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Checking on products received with same part number, quantity and quality as they are in purchase order.
- Revising on process of product transaction between different warehouses.
- Ensures Product Handling in accordance with general warehouse best practices.
- Adjusting Storage areas for stocking products and directing its movement to and from warehouse.
- Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate data integrity.
- Issue all the invoices and preparing them
- Sort material according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Supervise the warehouse carrier to monitor the space management
- Prepare the archiving system
- Cooperate with the collection system department to obtain the invoices and to receive them from the vendors if required
- Identifying items on G.P system with all aspects of the product.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2+ years as warehouse Coordinator preferably in IT Field
- Good knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree of commerce
- Strong organizing skills and problem solving
- Good knowledge of warehouse systems.
- Good knowledge of MS office
