Job Description
- Preparation and revision of all project stage from Concept, design development, tender & construction documents.
- Coordinate all project disciplines with architecture drawing.
- Prepare a full coordinated BIM model.
- Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
- Manage and provide technical value to the appointed Engineering Consultants for project design phase.
- Confirming the solutions designed in the working Stage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Experience in working drawing (from 6 to 8 years).
- Experience in hotels, commercial and administrative projects.
- Professional user of programs: AutoCAD/ /Revit /3D Max/ V ray.
- To have experience in Real Estate Developers and Consultancy design offices.
- Knowledgeable with local codes & practices.
