Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfilment of open positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and recruitment agencies, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, working closely with HR and relevant departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
