Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in supervising or leading a recruitment team.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
