Operational Director

We are looking for a Operational director to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit.

Operational director responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

• Identify workable process standards for how teams should approach projects and other departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Define the operational direction and standard operating procedures of the overall company
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote the profitability of operations function
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Build strategic capabilities within the operations management team and operations delivery teams
• Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions, or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
• Manage teams to help build the operational foundations for their teams, solve business challenges and implement new tools, processes, and ways of working
• Mentor new team leaders and senior staff in other departments, work on strategic initiatives, and develop strong ties between departments
