Job Description
- Manage sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to avoid project delays.
- Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contractual risks.
- Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Lead negotiations and resolve supplier or subcontractor issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in managing procurement operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
