Job Description
- Smartella is a software company based in the UK with an office based in Cairo.
- Smartella is looking to hire a skilled Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer to create attractive interactive elearning modules for our clients.
- You will be responsible for storyboarding and creating modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise but not responsible for the graphic design.
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss e-learning modules.
- Creating storyboards and drafts.
- Using learning approaches, theories and techniques such as gamification.
- Liaising with graphic designers to get the storyboards designed
- Creating elearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Testing and troubleshooting elearning modules.
Job Requirements
Instructional Designer Requirements:
- A degree level of education or equivalent in the digital field, computer science or English literature/education.
- Experience as an eLearning designer/Content designer
- A strong knowledge of creating elearning content using Articulate Storyline and experience of working with other authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
- Basic design skills is a plus
- Ability to project manage.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a MUST.
Important: Medium to Advanced level of English is required.
